Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Noyra x ConfussIed Activity Planner for the State of Firestone ("NCAPSF", "the Planner"), operated by Noyra for the State of Firestone Roblox community. By using the Planner you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. What the Planner is
A community tool for viewing and organising Server Start-Ups (SSUs), department attendance and activity in the State of Firestone. It is a fan-made community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Roblox Corporation, and it is not a real government service.
2. Accounts
- You sign in with your Roblox account. You must follow Roblox's Terms of Use, including its age and account rules.
- Your access level (player, Community Management or Platform Administrator) depends on your Roblox group roles and the Planner's settings. It may change when those change.
- Don't use another person's account or try to get access you haven't been given.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post SSU titles, descriptions or other content that is abusive, hateful, sexual, misleading, or breaks Roblox's Community Standards.
- Create fake or spam SSUs or sign-ups, or sign up for events you don't intend to attend in order to distort the schedule or heatmap.
- Try to break, overload, scrape, or get around the Planner's security or rate limits.
- Use the Planner to harass other players or collect their information.
4. Staff responsibilities
Community Management and Platform Administrators must use their access only for community purposes. That means scheduling SSUs at least the required notice in advance (24 hours by default), keeping event details accurate, and managing departments and permissions fairly. Access belongs to the role, not the person, and ends when the role does.
5. Restrictions and removal
Administrators may restrict any user from scheduling or administrative features, remove content, or cancel SSUs, at their discretion, to keep the Planner working and fair. Serious or repeated misuse may be reported to community leadership or to Roblox.
6. Your content and data
You're responsible for what you submit. You let us display it on the Planner as needed to run it, for example showing your username on an SSU's attendance list. SSUs and their sign-ups are deleted automatically7 days after the SSU ends, so the Planner is not a permanent record. Keep your own copy of anything you need.
7. No guarantees
The Planner is a proof-of-concept community tool, provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Schedules can change or be cancelled, data can be inaccurate, and the service may be unavailable (for example when Roblox's services are down). To the fullest extent the law allows, Noyra and the State of Firestone leadership are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Planner.
8. Changes and ending
We may change these terms, or change or shut down the Planner, at any time. If the terms change, we'll update the effective date above, and continuing to use the Planner means you accept the new terms.
